For those of you who do not know, Dan grew up in Escatawpa/Moss Point.
He played ball for Moss Point High School and from what I hear was pretty good.
"Fast white kid" is what they called him. Or something like that. Anyway, this past weekend they had their 1st Annual Alumni game. The alumni played the current players and raised money for the booster club. They didn't start off too good, but they did come back. They would have won if the field umpire would have been able to see ;]
I think the final score was 9-6
Dan had a collision on 3rd base and could barely move Sunday.
I am pretty sure most of the alumni couldn't move Sunday.
